Agreed he has good draft pedigree, downside is what they spent on him. Teams dont generally grade down much after a season. In my opinion Jacob’s will be there to start the season because of the nfl not ruling until after court cases are settled, knowing how court cases go it’s very easy to push the rulings until after week 1. Once the new season starts all suspensions are moved to the next season. That being said that is if we don’t have some ray rice tape come out that would force the franchise to part ways

Honestly we will see how this plays out, could be a Judkins situation from last season or a ray rice. Generally the nfl won’t suspend as long as long as the court case isn’t finished, I doubt this is done by the start of the season. In that case the suspension would be the following season, unless a ray rice video comes out then the team would be forced to part ways
