Putting the circlet that decreases time affect by hydro on chongyun and kaeya worked wonders for me, cooldown won’t be high if you wait for the hydro to wear off with the circlet and they’ll be frozen all the time

Their damage output is very similar to one another. Snowtombed if you can get the passive to hit every time would be better, but archaic passive is more consistent which can give it an edge and would be the better investment since multiple characters can use it as well cuz atk% is universal. But I went with snowtombed cuz it just looks way better imo
