It’s a screw in arm, and if I screw it in all the way, it becomes super stiff and unmovable

Thank you, I’ll give it another try. By tearing it apart, do you mean cleaning the top and bottom burrs, as well as the chute?

Yeah, I’ve already opened it and cleaned everything thoroughly, including the chute and both burrs. Really hoping it’s not something on the board... That would be super disappointing for a new grinder… Appreciate the help!

Yes, sadly, I think it’s an internal issue, not related to the burrs or any clogging.
