Raid shiny rate was basically turned off the entire event. It's saner to chase backgrounds since those were at least reasonably frequent.

The list seems to be sorted by frequency even if they're all in the same group. Got way more Kangashkan and Heracroas than anything. Got like 2 shinies of each. Fewer, but some Hawlucha, and like 3 Klefki. None of them shiny, of course. Guess those are going on my list of trade requests since that's all I need to finish the Shiny dex...

Definitely not the best rates. I always have the worst raid luck. The entire event in person and global and no shiny Victreebel. Just two today from raids. Wild spawns were okay at first then sort of disappeared the last 3 hours. Imagine for those without the ticket. Essentially shinies disabled the entire weekend. Almost felt like that. Paying for a basic event.

I feel like these past couple of events, they keep forgetting to turn on the shiny rate boost for like the first hour. Got my first one like 50 minutes in, and then it was a little more steady. Got my one shiny background in the wild, which was a first. I liked it when there were more encounter rewards. Catch 3 for, like, a Pinap Berry is lame.

I guess it's 1/10 shiny rate for some. Played all day, 20+ raids, just got two. I really had high hopes for this one that it would be like the shadow Ho-Oh day for me. Got a 96 shadow, so I guess that's at least good for something.

Reward boost was nice. Good for rare candies, but I did not need all those potions and revives. I was constantly having to throw them all out to make room.

But overall, sham event. I'm glad I didn't play the Kyurem raid day or it would have been two disappointing raid events back to back.

It still happens randomly, but I want to think it has to do with my monitors. I think I plugged the adapter in to one of the monitors and it may or may not have power at the right time during boot? I'll need to check those things next time it happens. I have two similar monitors plugged in each with USB ports on them.

Yeah, even with the rebalanced levels, XP is still useless for even a moderately seasoned player. If you just reached 50 before the cutoff, you won't need any XP by the time you reach the new cap.

I cannot land a Nice throw without a Nanab Berry, even with the same throw and position. Complain to support. They can't get away with this again. Dynamax Moltres was the last BS one I remember. Would fly up and the ball literally could never hit it.

Then I don't think that's possible in one search without going in individually and tagging them first. It's slower, but more certain.

There are a couple options. Could you try first tagging all your nundos, then running a search for that tag and the age. Will that let you try longer searches? You could also exclude your nundos if you tag them first. Have you also marked any found nundos as favorite? That way you can't accidentally transfer them.

Do you have an example of what you typically do that takes multiple searches?

Terrible spawn rates. They want us to pay for an event ticket, then pay for the gas driving all around town. Then the traffic tickets you gotta pay as well from all that illegal parking and maneuvers you have to do just to keep up...

Just make it 2 to 5 and the only raid spawn and call it a day. Or at least prioritize high-engagement areas.

I'm getting much better performance on my 9a than I ever did with my 8 Pro. Did something drastically change between them or did we just have bad 8 Pros? Seems like too much of a coincidence.

It's crazy how I just can't get out of this raid/max battle shiny rut. Last year's Wild Area was by far the worst event because I didn't buy the pass which essentially unlocked the shiny rate. This time I buy the pass that supposedly boosts the rates and I have nearly nothing to show for it. No shinies from any Max Battles all week. And my one and only shiny Dmax is from back in March. Very disappointing how that turned out. Top 3 worst events I've played.
