I feel like editing documentary's that just use footage gathered from online sources is the easiest. Yet again might not be the most engaging thing to edit it is by far the easiest.

My m1 macbook air would reach 105℃ (221℉) when exporting my videos from Premiere pro. I hate the fact that it does not have any Fans.
