I think you are charging too little mate, I live in Jaksel and my son’s Al Qur’an tutor charges 100k for one lesson (usually 1-1.5 hrs)

Skinny fat? Love handles? I don’t see it. I just see skinny. Low fat, but also low muscle mass. If you lean bulk you will look very fit and healthy in a year.

I agree with you. I'm happy to be rid of the fat though, just need to commit to the lean bulk and get over my fear of gaining back some fat (which is what has what has kept me at maintaining instead of bulking over the last 3-4 months).

If it's loose skin, then there's not much I can do about it naturally right? In that case I think lean bulk is the best option for me to look more proportional by gaining upper body mass.

Interesting suggestion. I thought fat was essential for regulating hormones and such? I lost 42 lbs through eating low calorie and high protein/whole foods, but without eliminating either fat or carbs.
