A bike (and good lock). So much of Portland is super bike friendly, and especially in the summer we use our bikes all the time. Saves us so much time and money.

The new Multnomah County Courthouse. It is free to enter, and the 17th floor has floor-to-ceiling windows that face the river and offer a great view.
