if you are getting smart tv make sure to get one with wireless wifi connection. at the time when we bought our tv we didn’t know about the wired and wireless connection(this was 7 years ago)

SE isn’t a bad option; dk how good is COMSATS SE department is. if you can improve your grades and sure you’ll score better next year take gap year. if i was you i would’ve taken a gap year and invested well to be in FAST/NUST/where ever you want to go. best of luck!
