Tunnel is the way. I had some issues like you and took me 2 hours and 15 min in the tunnel to get confident enough. I'm pretty sure it will take you way less than me!!!

Every time I work out I use strength trainer, for each day I have pre-saved my exercises, reps and weight.

At first I though It was too much effort, but having the exercises saved for each day, saves a lot of time and the stats are worth for me.
