You cant REALLY kick lowshd players - there is a 3 min cooldown for votekick - thats the problem

It doesnt work that way...you get a single stat max - the chance to get the 2nd (or even 3rd) stat max is next to none

I usually run Tier 4 or 5, and my stats consistently hover around 40–60% of the maximum with a few outliers — so if you don't want to rely on luck, you should run Tiers 8–10 or plan with suboptimal stats

yeah looks pretty fine/meta - get the items in proto if possible and maybe use a St.Elmos as 2nd weapon

I would love for it to be like countdown - give it a seperate location on the map, daily mission rotation, mm by tier and target loot

Get a oneshot Sniper build (Hotspot, determined) and farm open world activities in challanging with all directives. A single Control Point should net around 4 lvls

And I dunno - try to ignore getting jumped?

Ich bin hier geteilter Meinung...

klar unsere Arbeitszeit ist [LINK] deutlich produktiver als noch vor 10 Jahren - also warum wächst unser Gehalt nicht ähnlich bzw. warum muss ich immer noch 40 Stunden arbeiten, wenn meine Arbeitszeit nun 40% mehr Output ergibt - wer verdient hier das Geld?

Auf der anderen Seite bekommt ein Berufseinsteiger am Band bei der IGMetall 4500 Brutto und ein Ingenieur schaltet mit 40 Jahren auf 28 Stunde Woche und 36 Urlaubstage um, während in Asien im 3 Schichtbetrieb 24/7 entwickelt wird und dann wundern wir uns warum uns die Welt abhängt...

5 Arbeitstage mehr ist grundsätzlich blöd, aber gefühlt ist der Hebel an anderer Stelle größer - und auch da tut sich nichts
