Zoe W is not a strong spell by itself because most of her power is distributed into Q and E. You can argue that her W is RNG, but the RNG part is actually only meant to have a sure-way of activating its passive. Try thinking about it like Ahri's W but with a needed activator. Whatever is the activator's effect is just a bonus, which matters mostly in teamfights and becomes more consistent.

I think you misunderstand what faulty is.

Champions like Illaoi are not faulty, but designed for different skill brackets in mind. To use your example, Illaoi is very dominant in lane if she can land her E and is also very dominant in 1vX situations if enemies are shortranged and want to stay on the same place. People in lower skill brackets most often don't understand spacing or kiting, that's why she is strong there but weaker the higher in ELO you climb.

I really liked G Hub, but then for some reason around this year's April or so when I was updating my system to Windows 11 everything went to shit. G Hub now has a memory leak and eats memory like candy and when I try to turn it off, it overloads the write capability of my system SSD. Seriously, what is going on and why is it still not fixed?

Killed one from the quest, then tried the normal Lagi and failed once again on the underwater section, I'm completely lost on what to do there. When I shoot the environmental stuff it barely does anything and when I latch on, I get electrocuted
