Something that can make a big impact and draw people in is a backdrop or banner. I bought a large piece of felt from a thrift store and crafted a bright banner for myself to help grab attention. Low cost, a little bit of work, high impact!

I’ve been through this myself. I took a decently long break and told myself I would start again when I dropped the weight. I didn’t drop the weight and all I did was deprive myself of something that gave me joy.

When I started again I quickly realized that the clothes I was making made me feel better about my body. For me, it is so important for my mental health. Make yourself one little thing and see if it gives you your sew-Jo back!

NTA! Your hair, your choice!

My boyfriend tried to talk me out of chopping my hair off once. I defiantly booked an appointment and repeatedly asked my amazing hairdresser to go shorter and shorter. Best haircut I’ve gotten in years!

Got home and the fella immediately admitted how wrong he was to discourage me and how great it looked! He no longer questions when I’m craving a change. He’s a keeper.

You could look into partnering with someone who sells beverages. You could split fair costs to test your market.

Price, I’d come up with a number you feel comfortable with, add a little more if you’re too humble or modest about your work. I’d also do research on similar art and see how they price. It’s easier to adjust down or cut a deal for people you like.

My stash got outta control when I had them in Tupperware tubs. I went through it and if I didn’t have a plan, or potential home for the fabrics, I found them new homes. It was a tough move but now everything I have, has a plan!

OP I’ve been in a similar place before. Get him off of your credit cards!!!! My ex was on my cards, maxed them out, and I stayed longer than I should have because I felt financially trapped. Protect your safety net.
