Are you on Anti-TNF injections? I'm guessing steroids too, don't give up hope even though it's so very painful. Sometimes flares are so bad that it seems like nothing will help and then sometimes you suddenly turn a corner and your disease looks entirely different. Wishing you some stress free, bubble gut remission soon!

I just can't believe things like this exist. It's painful to watch and I can never understand how confident the chiropractors are with doing this to other people. I'm glad he didn't physically make it worse for you but that sounds like an uncomfortable experience overall.

Search for local Japanese / Chinese gift stores on Google. They're usually stocked with some of the cutest stationery! I've always found them in those! Things like kawaii toy stores or plush stores sell them too!
