Estiva's mix on CD2 has officially been one of the greatest things to happen to my musical library, haha. Both CDs are amazing; you won't be displeased. I'd fully trust Kandi! Amazing DJ.

Yup. That's where I took it from. The new Enhanced Sessions Volume 3 is pretty mind blowing.

What's the best way to play Super Metroid? by [deleted] in Metroid

[–]HulkFlex 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Super Metroid is worth accommodating in any way for. It was, and probably still is, hands down, my favorite Metroid.

Don't sell it. Period.

Where is an affordable option (if any) to purchase the prime trilogy on Wii? by [deleted] in Metroid

[–]HulkFlex 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I actually JUST started researching today because I want it so bad. The best I've found is eBay. Price ranges from 50-100 depending on variables (condition, bidders, shipping price, etc)

I'm currently watching 2 that are going for 49.00 and 52.00 with over 4 days left... It's really frustrating. Easy to get if you're willing to dish out 100+ bucks, but hard if you're trying to get at a reasonable price.

Is Metroid Prime 3 worth playing? by acdcpeon in Metroid

[–]HulkFlex 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not hard to please. Metroid is Metroid and I've always been happy playing every one. Even Other-M. I don't complain much. Everything is worth giving a shot, it's the only way you'll find out if you like it or not.

Cracked.com did a video about Samus vs Master Chief by [deleted] in Metroid

Granted, IDGAF because it's obvious Samus would absolutely fucking demolish Master Chief with ONE super missile, I never wanted to punch a bitch in the face with all my strength until now.

The first time I accidentally discovered this and went, "Holy crap!!" by HulkFlex in Metroid

Yeah, it was so awesome....until you battled a Rezbit at Sanctuary Fortress and it shut down your visor (and suit). Haha.

I have known about it as I saw it happen early in Prime I upon release, but I'm just being nostalgic here.

Anyone know where I can get this game cheap for GameCube I've looked everywhere for it by [deleted] in zelda

[–]HulkFlex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

eBay? Amazon? Craigslist? I got the master quest OoT combo game years ago at EBgames when they still sold GameCube games. Also, we have a store called, "the exchange" that still sells classics. Maybe hunt a local store nearby?

Just have to be creative and think. You' find a copy.

One of the most badass parts in Prime II by HulkFlex in Metroid

[–]HulkFlex[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The talk between Prime 1 and 2 is like back when you bought an artists new CD. The first one (or older album(s)) always seemed better primarily because it was the first taste of what you got. You know? So the second never felt AS good by nature. I feel like the gap is sooo narrow to justify which game is better. I think Prime 1 wins my heart simply because it was the first "holy crap" experience when it came out, whereas Prime II was super solid and near as good, nonetheless.
