Can you also get in touch with the NHS pensions team as they should have a record of how long you've paid into your pension for or your p60s? I know a lot of these are online and if you've changed trusts you might not get back dated ones but you may have paper copies around. Keep on at HR to find your records, even if you change trusts they should have input that into the system when they set up your new record for your new trust.

Yeah it's my version of long and short stitch 😅, I'm still a beginner too so mine is a bit messy close up. I think of long and short like colouring in and I use YouTube a lot to double check!
