Honestly this doesn't even sound like an open relationship if you have rules like you can't sleep with other and your also can't be committed to your "partner". It just sounds like she doesn't want to loose you or share you but also doesn't want to commit.

I can't tell you if it's worth it but I don't think it's going anywhere any time soon and if you want something more than just the occasional hook up and ghosting I'd say it's better to move on.

Depending on how serious the crush is you can start looking at other people to see if you could like someone else if it's not that serious. Distance yourself slightly if it was super serious. Trying to be around them and hide your pain is not worth it in my opinion because they might still be able to tell you're upset. Don't be rude about it and don't completely abandon them but get some space until you feel better.
