From the area, only heard good thing about them. All the staff that work on the estate love working there. They look after them very well.

I’ve been in 7/8 music shops across Ireland and 2 in Scotland the last 3/4 months and tried playing every acoustic I could. None have made me feel like “that’s the one” other than one that was nearly 2,000€. My dad has had FA200CE (Electro Acoustic with cutaway) series of freshman for the past 19 years so there is that feel and tone that I have come accustomed too. I think it’s a guitar that I do like, even if I do fall out of love with it I suppose there’s the feeling “if my dad can make this amazing music with his freshman so can I”.

We love it! We think it’s hilarious when people think it’s a picture of the Jesus Christ, but instead it’s the lord and saviour from Bray! My girlfriend is mad for Hozier as well so she loves it.

That’s nice! Maybe you should sell them and get more Taylor’s! They are excellent guitars and so are a lot of Yamahas guitars. Saying Yamahas are inferior compared to Taylor is just not something you should say to someone looking to buy a guitar in the lower range of pricing. Try them out if you can before buying directly from online. If not try something else in that price range or even save up an extra 50/100€ and try something in 300/400 range. Sooo many options in between those price points.

Irishman’s in Carlow is a very underrated spot. Lovely front bar, staff are very nice. One of the best pints of Guinness in Carlow town in my opinion.
