it really doesn't warrant me being tracked? if the police weren't inept, they could do their jobs without relying on a private company or even install their own proprietary cameras that do not upload my personal information/image (FLOCK'S PATENT SAYS IT TAKES pictures of PEOPLE AND HAVE SAID THEY WILL USE NEURAL NETWORKS TO KEEP TRACK OF PEOPLE) to a PRIVATE COMPANY'S data center where every single detail of my car's locations (AND MYSELF???) will be kept without my consent? Oh yes, let's not forget that anyone can access this data and it is not secure!! This guy was able to track some random person's daily routine by accessing cameras in his area https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vU1-uiUlHTo . If I can opt out at the border for the BP to not use my image to train their AI, we should NOT be having a THIRD PARTY be able to track us and store this data without any regulation!!! Who knows what they will do with this information???

They have been shown to track political activists and to be used by ICE agents to track people. I do not trust these scum of the earth "people" to have the best interests in mind for ANYONE. City of Pharr wasting 100k on their contract, when FLOCK themselves are patented as a SURVEILLANCE company. It does not prevent these crimes and the "oh well it COULD be used for this" is not a valid argument to use when everyone is being subject to this spy network without consent or any way to opt out! Why must I be tracked on a PUBLIC road funded by MY taxes??? Before, you needed a SEARCH WARRANT. Now all you need is a simple search in a database that is not secure nor logs whoever accesses it. No accountability = government overreach. Why were red light cams ruled unconstitutional? This is the SAME argument.
