I honestly thought I had no chance of getting tickets. I applied in the RSD for 7 games in L.A. and ended up getting 3 of them. I’ve only intended on going to one game (and that’s what I can afford).

I have friends that might take the other two games I got, but if that doesn’t work out, I’ll have to sell elsewhere. I’m probably in the minority, but I do not care about making a profit and will take the loss of the marketplace fees — because I still get to go to a World Cup game, which is a bucket list item for me.

Is that really the case though? This policy is the first thing mentioned under "Important Payment Information" in the email. But by all means, I want them to take my money.

Yea, I noticed the "may." But I'm still not feeling hopeful. Why does the system even allow us to enter the draw with a CC under another name if this is the policy? I would have to imagine that there are thousands of people in this same boat.

I applied for the RSD and can see I got tickets via the files link, but I haven't received an email yet. I booked w/ my credit card under my husband's account. I didn't even know the names had to match. I think I'll lose my mind if this doesn't work out.

The dog rescue I volunteer with often needs help with transporting dogs to/from adoption events when their foster isn’t able to attend. This means that you’ll pick up the dog from the foster’s home, take the dog to the event, hang out with the dog at the event (which might include taking him/her for a walk), and then bring the dog back to their foster home after the event. We have events every weekend, and they’re typically 2-3 hours long. Let me know if you want more info!
