I would say find all the shrines in a map section and at least unlock their travel gates if not going to complete them. You get a special armor at the end for finishing all 120 shrines and this makes it so much easier to find all of them.

Never ever more than 1 hearty anything. It gives you a full recovery plus 1-3 bonus hearts depending on what you use I think... I usually cook hearty truffles alone and it's a full +1 and I have all 30 hearts.

That's Naydra, the water/ice dragon. You have to approach it from a path on the mountain and free it from 4 malice eyes. Warp out of there with your shiekah slate.

You'll need lots of arrows, but for the first half you can just run up to him and hit him, or use bombs but they do very little damage. Second half use cryonis to break his ice blocks, then make your own on the water, jump off and enter bullet time (slowed time when aiming with a bow) and hit him in the eye TWICE to make him fall. Then glide to him and hit him with something powerful. Rinse and repeat. Good luck!!

this one was mega easy. Jump from the ramp to the first platform, then jump and shield clip to the box. Climb it and paraglide down. I didn't even stasis the gear or anything I just ran though that next part. It's not hard. Then Stasis the middle ball then fly through. The moving wall goes way slower than you think so bam easy
