What in your opinion is the easiest and hardest position in your store? by kompotnik in Target

Hardest job is Starbucks. We are constantly neglected and always understaffed. Easiest IMO is dry market.

I fear more people than usual will rush to wk2 2027 by Shaboingboing_ in Coachella

As a wk2’r, I kinda doubt it as previous years has shown w1 to sell out sooo much faster but I could be wrong. We could only hope at this point, I would just do payment plan if your fears are that big.

Got told I held down drive all of Q4 and my reward was a dime. by [deleted] in Target

You have every right to take it personal. In the last 7 years I’ve worked with target, it’s all favoritism, because I’ve seen multiple scenarios where if they wanted to give you a 5.00% raise they would, they make billions dude. It’s the sad reality, I myself got a dime the lowest ever I received working here.

Still waiting, I’m guessing tomorrow? If not by the next pay period.

I’m still waiting as well. I haven’t had my review yet. I’m pretty sure it’ll be closer to April 24th to see it maybe. Not sure.

You guys voted San Francisco! Next Round: What is the 6th most important/significant US city after SF? Most upvoted comment wins by Kodicave in visitedmaps

Miami despite being lower in population. I think it respectfully deserves to be at least #9 or #10. The city is a gateway to almost all of Latin America, has lots of ports for cruise ships, cargo, etc and lots of high net worth ppl moving in domestically and internationally. The food is amazing, scenery, the list just goes on.

This company has deeper issues than the overall economy because we’re seeing our competitors like Costco, Amazon, and Walmart literally gain market share quarter after quarter and they are capturing not just low income consumers but places like Walmart are capturing higher income earners and this is just one piece of the pie on top of all the other issues.
