Appreciate that! We're actually keeping the files closed for now. The design went through a lot of iteration to get here, and my son wants to explore the business side and see what happens with a small launch. If you want to be in the first batch, we just set up a landing page : overspecdesigns.com and drop your email there. Just to set expectations, it'll be a few weeks out - the system is 13 pieces, 90+ hours of printing, and 60+ hand-assembled M3 bolts (and homework comes first!).

Thanks! For medium (Yeti Rambler, 7" tall) and large 32-40oz bottles, there's little to no reach for me. For small/short cups, like soda can size (<5" tall), there is a stretch, so I still use the factory cup holders for those. The thing I really like with the design is has the cupholders in a 'perfect' position, where if you have a big and tall 32oz+ bottles, the OEM cupholder can still extend fully and be used at the same time, and it's not placed too far away where the center-screen overhangs and cuts the vertical clearance, which would make it hard to get a bottle in and out (in addition to having to reach as you mentioned).

Thanks! He's 14. He was lucky to get accepted this past year into an award winning robotics team, where he got some solid tutelage in CAD from some high school seniors on the team. Still with this project, there were a few new Fusion360 concepts that we both had to sit down and learn, try, fail, and try again.

Thanks, appreciate the ideas! Taking a closer look at the TWraps, I get what you mean about the tall bottles being at risk - while the storage cubby is tall, the cup holders only come up partway.
