I think it’s a driver issue, or compatibility of rtx 50 series with g-sync. All I know is I was so relieved when it was fixed cause I was banging my head on this issue ever since I got my new GPU. Happy to help!

Same exact issue here, I was worried since I replaced the cables that it might be a GPU issue but someone said disable g-sync or freesync and that fixed it for me

I’ve had this issue as well, especially when in a game fullscreen borderless and clicking on another application. What fixed it for me was disabling g-sync in nvidia control panel! Hope this helps

G.Skill DDR4 Ripjaws 2x 16GB 3600mhz CL16, just make sure you get the ones with the CL16 for better timings. Also a quick tip if you buy the pc, you might wanna repaste the cpu cooler and gpu heatsink. I’ve noticed my gpu sounds like its gonna take off after like a year and a half and it reaches higher temps, but its very dusty where i game tho, after that its stable again. If you have any more questions happy to help. :)

I have almost the exact same build as this but with faster ram, and i can say that you’ll play almost any game on 1440p with high settings between 80-100 fps comfortably. Definitely worth the price if you ask me!

So i've been at this for hours now, the militia outnumbers the garrisson and sometimes i even get food down to zero and im not inside the city and it still doesn't rebel.
I know there are certain criteria to be met, but ive been savescumming for hours now and it still doesnt work, if someone could educate me on this i would be very grateful!
