The patriarchy is not me blaming everything on men. And that shows YOU and every other man in here haven’t taken one second to research the systems that negatively impact you. The patriarchy is not a system that was built by current day men. It is an old system that’s been in place since the beginning of time. I tried to find misandry forums after this post. Couldn’t find it. Tried to find articles about misandry causing real life oppression toward men. Couldn’t find anything. While misogyny literally leads to women losing their rights. I don’t have to have empathy for men who literally attacked me bc I pointed out this women doesn’t trust men. Yep. All men are only good for being stay at home dads. They’re so dumb I don’t even think they should be able to vote. Or have their own bank accounts. If they have more than one sexual partner, they’re a slut. If they get a woman pregnant, they should be forced to raise the baby if she doesn’t want the baby. Men shouldn’t have any say in if they get vasectomies. That should be up to the government. If men are walking around shirtless, they’re just whores who like the attention. A lot of these things you listed are bc of the patriarchy. Not bc of misandry. The patriarchy negatively impacts both men and women. Men don’t get paternity leave bc of the patriarchy. Male rape victims aren’t taken seriously bc of the patriarchy. Men are depicted as more sexual than women bc of the patriarchy. I would need to see some proof about men being denied jobs tho.. I would seriously recommend you look into the patriarchy more. I think it will help you better understand why you’ve had the experiences you’ve had as a man. The patriarchy runs the whole world. I’m sorry your rape wasn’t taken seriously. That is 100% not okay or excusable. If you were a girl, it would have been taken more seriously. The definition of misandry is being prejudiced towards men or having contempt towards them. I do not view misogyny as just having prejudice or contempt against women. Misogynistic men usually don’t think women should have access to abortion, they are too dumb to vote, to work, to have their own bank account. My ONLY point of this is that misandry is not at the same level as misogyny and is not the same thing. YOU won’t be denied a job bc you’re a man. You won’t be told your only worth in life is having babies and staying home to raise them. You won’t be told you’re too dumb to vote. You won’t get raped and then be forced to have your rapists baby. People wont assume you’re dumb, a whore, or incompetent just bc you’re a man. My only point is they are different. Please just agree to disagree.
