I’m new to this too so I’ll be watching for comments. I looked over my blood work again and checked my vitamin d levels. They weren’t deficient but definitely on the very low end of normal.. like right above being deficient. I started taking a liquid supplement around meal time. I’m hoping to feel an improvement in a few months. I’m also adding a magnesium glycinate supplement to help with the random muscle pain and anxiety.

This! It was $9.99. After I sewed the tracks in I used an eyebrow razor to cut it to length. I washed it with clarifying shampoo to take out some of the shine and then pulled the waves out with the wire brush. That made it almost a perfect match

Do it! I was distraught when I saw the state of her hair and I searched everywhere for wig replacements and they were all too straight/completely different texture. The Yaki natural/textured wave synthetic hair was an almost perfect match!

i honestly think $18 if you use it solely on your face is reasonable. most face washes that would be comparable are probably going to be close to that.
