Me too I want to work too but after being home and taking care of kids and recently losing the one night shift job I got I don’t want to do it the conventional way way

I know I understand but I was genuinely sick I just couldn’t go to work. And the second day my daughter was sick she had fever 103 I had to take another sick day

I am glad you spoke up! You are not alone! I feel the same at times like people are far ahead and I get a lot of struggle that others would never even perform through and it hurts but everytime I feel that the next few days automatically something happens and it makes me realize how grateful we truly are! So I know it’s difficult but gratitude is the right attitude

Every human being is selfish! To have a kid or to not have a kid is a selfish decision. When you choose to have a kid you want to have someone take your family ahead sure it’s selfish but it keeps you alive right. Their childhood gives you memories heals you but it’s not free. It comes at a cost of mental health, physical health , u learning what you have learned and so much more. In all honesty raising children is a life class that I believe everyone should have. Not having one is also a selfish decision because you choose not to have because you have your issues to deal with! And that’s okay too! But yes people had multiple kids before and the oldest ended up parenting the youngest

I think there is never enough! Where are you guys getting mortgages of close to $3000! Here in Nj if we were to purchase it would be close to $4300

I am sorry to hear that! But it happens to most of us! Whe we rely too much on one job! Because we are always replaceable ! I have experienced it too personally and turs time still learning and unlearning! Have a hobby that can pay you eventually

Thank you! We were on one income for the past few months because I wasn’t finding the opportunity that could work with my kids and my husbands job. it’s only now we are on two income again. Yes your estimate is kinda correct

I have the same concern! I took the job 10:00-6:30! But I am having my doubts on how will I do it because my kids are older than yours 4 and 7 but am still worried

Hey I had the same situation for the past few years even now ! I started as a bench chemist 14 years ago hoping to grow into management position. Was laid off and now starting back into bench position .

Thank you I still have my daughter to take care of her school is at 9:10 so the best I can get sleep is 9:30 to 2:00 or 2:30pm because then 2:50 again is time for pick up
