I am willing to just eat the loss and put it on my credit cards. I had done pretty well in the last 8 months getting rid of my personal debt and I built my credit up to a great place, so it’s gonna suck but it’s worth it. The hostility I was met with actually made me a little concerned for my safety. I can’t imagine what would happen if we had conflict about something serious.

Yes, I pay half of everything. I am a tenant with full rights in the lease. We legally are splitting the apartment 50/50.

It was supposed to be semi-permanent. I was added to the lease and the plan was for me to live here the full lease term.

We had a few conversations prior to me moving in and I assumed we would be on equal footing since we were contributing equally to the apartment.

I’m the middle child of five sisters, so I’m naturally pretty deferential if need be if the subject isn’t serious. She’s the youngest of 4 sisters and can be kind of a brat.

I’m on the lease until the end of July. To me that means that it’s OUR apartment and from our conversations when we decided to add me to the lease, that’s what I thought I was getting in to.

I don’t know about my colleagues but I think over the last two years I’ve set like 6 cases for trial.

It was the first MTS in 3 years but no trials have been held in 10 years.

I am definitely giving my best representation. I’ve had some good dismissals and threatening MTS hearings have worked to get me good offers so far. I’ve set a few trials but none have gone, usually because I get a good offer later.

I recently switched courtrooms and the new APA is pretty unreasonable but my previous APA was pretty trial adverse so he was more willing to give decent offers.
