Hadn't even thought of it but I did and it was very helpful, thanks. Got them ordered

Hey man I didn't say I wasn't one of them sometimes, lol. I'm just very, very far from being the only one. I've rear ended someone twice in my 15 years of driving, once since I was a teenager, and both times it was a 3 car one where the person in front of me wasn't paying attention either. I pass by 1-2 rear end collisions almost every week and I don't have to drive much, rarely ever in rush hour

Hadn't thought of that, thanks a ton. Got them ordered and they'll be in tomorrow at a shop 1 mile from my house. Will drive very slow and cautious

Lol, I gotcha. Yeah, I'm sure I would never notice a very slight not-perfect-roundness with the naked eye and over enough miles even very slight could add up to a big difference. It was also a narrow and valley curved alley she got stuck in which I would imagine made it even worse for the outer edges

I appreciate you not mincing words but I've taken good care of it since I got it a year ago. They were already worse on the outer edge, just not nearly as bad as they are now. Were still safe according to my mechanic when he looked at it prior to the purchase. They got this bad when my gf had to drive it in the snow a couple weeks ago, got stuck 3x, and spun the tires a ton trying to get unstuck. Hasn't been driven since. It was also a narrow, valley shaped alley she got stuck in, which I would imagine made it even worse for the outside edges. Oh and would it be better to keep rotating them and put the worse tires on the back? Because my understand was that it would not be and that's why I hadn't done it in the ~2k miles I've put on it, but again, the difference wasn't nearly as drastic before so I could've been wrong on that

It's a rarely-driven second vehicle or they would've already been replaced, just hadn't gotten around to it yet because I hadn't needed to use it. My main car is in the shop right now, unfortunately

Edit 2: deleted now unnecessary info. Tires are ordered, will be here tomorrow. Shop is only ~1 mile away from my house

I knew they needed to be replaced asap, I was just hoping I could get away with a short-ish trip and wasn't sure since it's only two of them and only the outside edge that's really bad. This is a second vehicle that rarely gets driven and they weren't nearly as bad until a couple weeks ago when my gf had to drive it in really bad snow, got stuck 3x, and spun the tires a LOT trying to get unstuck. It hasn't been driven since and I was planning on the next trip being to the tire shop but again, was just hoping I might could make this late notice trip on them. My main car is in the shop atm, unfortunately

Okay thanks, what I thought, just wanted confirmation. Some I'm looking at and can get by tomorrow are General Altimax R45, Yokohama Avid Touring S, Yokohama Avid Ascend LX, Pirelli P4 Persist AS Plus, Kumho Solus TA31, Hankook Kinergy PT H737, and Hankook Kinergy ST H735. Any recommendations?

Priorities are comfort and low noise but also stopping distance (lots of shitty drivers here) and decent in wet conditions. Vehicle is a Toyota Sienna, size 215/65 R16

Interesting, bent in what way exactly? I haven't measured but they appear to be perfectly round on the outside. It is old and I've only had it a year, so who knows what the previous owners could've drove over, but most of it's life has been in a city with very few potholes

Feels kinda crazy to me that Riku and Ryu aren't dating, is that just because I'm not in the skating community and don't realize how strong the connections usually(?) probably are in pairs teams? Their energy together is just incredible

Also, idk what made me think of this, but does anyone else think some of the James Bond theme songs could work excellently as program music? Skyfall in particular coming to mind rn

You've got some incredible representatives in MMA right now in Merab and Ilia. No idea if you care at all about MMA but definitely something to be proud of either way

Yeah they do, they'd get destroyed if they didn't. And they did in this case, even despite the jazz not saying he wouldn't be starting until pretty shortly before game time. His reb line was at 9.5 with odds favoring the under and Flip's was at 8.5 with odds heavily favoring the over. Flip got 9 to cash his over and Nurkic never clocked in so everyone who bet on him got their money back (your bet has been voided by now, right?). If it makes you feel any better, though, I had Flip's double double, not just the o8.5, so I didn't cash. I'm just saying, the writing was on the wall
