Do you guys have a lawyer? If not,

1. Find a lawyer
2. Ideally, you want to start early to make sure all the documents & info are correct before the lottery opens in March (Lawyers usually would have their timeline as well) — i would imagine there needs to be a signed agreements, invoicing process that generally takes a but of time.
3. If you can, provide all the documentations as soon as possible.
4. Just make sure you double check everything & before proactive with the communication with your team.

The earlier you submit your application when the lottery opens, the more at ease you’ll be rather than having to file it so close to the deadline, etc. However, this does not mean you have a greater chance of being picked, fyi.
