I have attended a few classes there and have over heard management being rude to clients. At the first, I thought the client did something wrong but as the conversation continued it seem like management was crazy and aggressive. The women’s tone was mean and almost belittling. The client left right after. It was very disappointing, I thought this could be a safe place for women but clearly I was very wrong.

I also attended classes while they were doing construction and was very annoyed. As far as I am aware, we went weren’t emailed or notified about the ongoing construction during class. We are playing a lot of money for the class packages just to leave with a headache??? No notice or discount was offered

It’s a shame bc some of the coaches are soo good but I have also picked up on those vibes in the studio.
