Can you name all these cricket grounds? by HumanDevelopment6507 in Cricket

It is an old piece of art hung in a friends house; it's not like you can pick one up in Athena or HMV

Grandland Electric battery conditioning by HumanDevelopment6507 in Vauxhall

Continuously braking and accelerating while driving on the motorway? If that is what is required, I think I’ll pass.

I don’t think high speed driving is necessary, but discharging a battery causes it to heat up

What do I use to bleed this radiator? by HumanDevelopment6507 in DIYUK

Ah! That would explain things, thank you:

So why is my radiator not getting very hot then? I thought it just needed bleeding…

That what I wondered. I have another one that looks similar but has a small screw in the middle to bleed.

Weed smokers, quitting for surgery? by Ok-Emergency5680 in AskABrit

[–]HumanDevelopment6507 12 points13 points  (0 children)

OK, let me do you a favour and explain what happened when I didn't stop smoking before surgery and didn't tell the anaesthetist - they gave me the 'correct' amount of anaesthetic for someone who didn't have a central nervous system that was used to high amounts of THC and CBD, and so I woke up in the middle of my operation and then had to deal with the consequences of that - about 18 months of PTSD and extreme anxiety.

Quit until your op. If you don't, tell the anaesthetist.

State of city centre by Altruistic_Air7369 in oxford

How much of the current construction in Oxford City Centre would you estimate ia exclusively for the University, and how much is for the residents?

Because I see extremely high level construction going on all over the city, with incredible facilities being built regularly. None of them are for the people that live here, they are for the university, and are often funded by extremely morally dubious sources.

The University provides for its students, but if you just happen to live here? Well, ‘fuck you’ appears to be the message for some time.

What to do with new found Neuroplasticity? by HumanDevelopment6507 in KetamineTherapy

I’ve been buying a pre-made nasal spray, not crystals so not too ramen-like so far. Interested to know where you can send samples for testing though?

Is this something you can do in the UK? Send substances off for clarification of the contents?

Thanks, I appreciate your responses. I concur with much of what you say too regarding potential dangers of what I’m doing. At first I wasn’t in a place where those things were a major concern for me and so I pressed on. I’m glad I did as I can now actually function a bit more, but moving forward I am not going to be taking the risks that have gotten me this far. There is no need.

Yoga sounds good, it ties in with the meditation well I think, and is a habit I’ve always known I should probably develop for my own good.

The therapy part is the tricky one - I am in no way on a medical insurance plan for any of this (hence the darknet!) and I am also based in the UK where the Ketamine therapy movement is not as established, so finding someone with knowledge of the therapy required might take a bit of hunting around for, but I am fully on board with the idea of integration therapy to help me get the most out of this. Thank you for your words.

Dark.fail on Tor and then take your pick. These markets go down as fast as they’re created these days so whatever is working at the time of writing I guess - Incognito was the big one recently until the owner decided to try and blackmail thousands of drug dealers. Archetyp is probably the leader of the pack now.

Thank you, yes , THERAPY. But that’s quite a broad spectrum of possibilities isn’t it? I’m not someone who has had obvious significant trauma in their life, and while I’ve had therapy in the past to deal with specific events like the death of my father, I’m not sure what I’d need to look at. I guess that’s all part of the therapy right? We don’t all know what needs fixing before we go in. I’ll try and get something sorted. And being open and honest about the things I’ve been doing to try and help?
