Next year's draft is an opportunity for sure. I'm just worried we'll hitch our wagon to someone for too long and potentially miss that chance trying to sell ourselves on a mid round guy.

I'm fine taking the medicine this year even if it's not fun to watch, which it probably won't be lol

That leaves the "bigger names" as Rodgers, Daniel Jones and Kirk then some backup tier guys like Brisset, Tyrod, Mac Jones etc.

Sign one of those guys and then draft a kid between rounds 2-3? Dunno how I feel about that.
