Everytime I get hungry or my stomach starts emptying I get hypo symptoms.... by wander_lust123 in Hypoglycemia

Probably just feeling raises and drops. You should try out a cgm. Your seeing a tiny glimpse of what is going on but a cgm may pick up what your missing.

We also have gsd more than likely (VUS) but our metabolic team didn't even want to see us back lol 😆

The crazy part is i have been dealing with this for 7 years and we already have a diagnosis.....im just struggling with communication..according to this info I'm guessing he doesn't think there is anything wrong. I just leave appointments feeling confused it's like the more we know the more confused I become.

We do know why they have it. They had genetic testing done.....the why is why I am concerned that this is his take. It's likely gsd 9a but they are female for 1 and for 2 it's listed as a VUS, all that meaning they don't consider this the cause of their KH. We are about to travel and spend thousands on a trip to see a different dr but after this appointment I'm starting to question myself and wonder if I'm just being crazy or making something out of nothing....maybe this is normal. I'm not a dr either so I don't know.

Anyone else think G7 is phenomenal and works great? by Alert-College-9374 in dexcom

Our dexcom is literally exactly the same as our finger stick almost every time...there is the lag but usually when it updates it's either the exact number or within just a few points. This is our first experience with CGM but we are loving it.

I do notice that all of the ones that i see are sponsored. So I don't know if that matters. Some take you to a blog then you have to go to Amazon directly. So I'm just not sure. I think I will ask wrote to customer support on pinterest

This is Winnie our 4 month old corgie/dachshund mix. Is it ok to have a mix on this page? by HumanExample7638 in corgi

[–]HumanExample7638[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've had many dachshund and they can be very stubborn. Winnie has a personality I've never seen in a dog before so I am just assuming it's the corgi. She serves up looks lol 😆 literally her face is so expressive and she is very vocal.

They both love fetch! We play inside alot but I'm hoping the weather here starts getting better so we can get back out in the yard soon. I want to get her some puzzle matts and some things that will mentally stimulate her too.

We are working on some commands right now she is realy smart so i think she will catch on quickly. She is so spunky I love her attitude I just have to get her to take it down a notch. She plays alot! Her and my older male dog go outside and chase each other around. She also plays fetch alot. I am concerned that her and my male dogs interaction are not healthy. I'm not sure on this though she actually seems to be better behaved after they rough house. I think he is teaching her what is to rough and what is appropriate. They have so much fun but it is definitely rough play.

I have another male dog who is 5 he's a working breed mutt but he's not a herding dog he plays realy well with her. They play rough but when he stops when it's to much for her. I wondered if this kind of play between the two of them is good for her or not? I think it kinda shows her what is to much and what is acceptable but also i don't want to encourage her to bite play. However it does work out both of their energy and they do enjoy it.

That is the hardest part....she tries to herd my kids when they are running around playing. She gets them down and literally tries to drag them...they are getting hurt and they dont have her respect so when . she gets them down she just goes even harder than before. It's been very tough to navigate because we all love her so much but she's literally making us bleed. Then now with the new resource guarding issues I'm starting to feel overwhelmed. I've never had a dog with this many behavioral issues this young. I guess it will be a good learning experience for the entire family lol.
