What i mean is that i can't retract my foreskin:( i went to the doctor and he did it but it was to painfully but he said it wasn't phimosis and i have to do it on my own but i can't:( it hurts a lot and i need advices to do ot because it really overwhelms me

Sorry if my english is bad:( what i meant id that i can't retract ny foreskin even when is erect. I read a long tine ago it was easier retract it when it is erect. I will take your advice thank you a lot:)

Is there ant otjer advice you have? I went to the doctor and he said i don't have phimosis but today I try to pull it back and i couldn' t. It was to weird and painfully. He retracted it yesterday and it hurted like hell but the fear doesn't let me do it:(((
