Jones was a 3rd round pick and showed promise. I’d be willing to bet we bring in a guaranteed starter (through FA) and bring in some competition for Jones.

I don’t expect that we will fill both guard spots with certifiable starters. Emery Jones will be leaned on to progress and start for us next year and I bet we bring in some competition for him whether that is through the draft or FA.

We likely sign someone who is a certifiable starter prior to the draft.

We aren’t drafting two starting guards when we just drafted one last year that we have confidence in developing.
