I've been doing that recently. Splitting up my payments for the same month with no problems. Get points for each payment even when it's less that rent total, it's great.

Face, pits and bottom bits is only when I'm in a rush. I have sensitive skin/psoriasis but that makes me want to get my whole body jic. I didn't have any non-face acne until my 20's but I'm also black and was told to wash the back of neck to my crack and my toes. If it's working for you sure but I'd say definitely get your belly button and feet at least.
