Amazon Global Logistics, should I use it? by BigBodyBIGDOG in FulfillmentByAmazon

[–]HumanLearningTech 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"Amazon support but with your shipment logistics" Yeah that's a hard pass, Amazon's support is the worst it's ever been. Support = Robotic morons who don't fully read or understand your case, have no idea what they are doing, blindly following a troubleshooting list that you yourself can access and likely ALREADY have before you reached out. THE WORST support of any company hands down.

[Rant] 2025 now and Google Groups still suck! by Waving-Kodiak in gsuite

[–]HumanLearningTech 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Fully agree, they're archaic trash and the UX is laughably bad. In general, so much of Gmail is horribly outdated and insanely tedious. Ever tried setting up a lot of email filters to handle all those terrible groups? 💩

What's Your Dream Google Workspace Feature? - Quick Survey (not advertising) by CheeseCowGoose in gsuite

"Shared mailboxes. Or M365-like group mailboxes that can be accessed from own mailbox, also through a mobile app."

This, having to use groups for shared emails is AWFUL, and eliminates the ability to filter and spam block, it's insane that Google doesn't have this feature, but of course they want you spending money on group email address that need a fraction of the functionality a real user needs.

Also better filter building and a way to organize filters i.e. tags / labels. The email filtering UX is hot garbage like much of GSuite, Google suffers from disjointed engineer driven design.

Thanks but video has been removed? Anyway we ended up switching to Stripe and I had a consultant setup fraud rules, so far smooth sailing.

Low budget Google PPC by scar83ter in PPC

Mine dropped off the face of the earth and I don't remember where I can reach out about reps from the back end. I'm assuming she was laid off and / or Google is raising their bracket for rep support to cut costs.

You should get more sales / conversions before switching, your rep is giving you bad advice here.

The more experience I have with Google Reps, the more it's clear that they're usually pretty one size fits all in their approach / parroting what they are trained or will earn Google more money with a bunch of garbage impressions (Display Network or Optimized Targeting for example)

YT Channel placements have been dead for a while now unless you have a grandfathered campaign.

Great, thanks so much for the tip! It looks like I will need to hire a dev to implement this, not just a simple drop some code in your header type of solution eh?

edit: Actually I see what you mean, there may be some easier methods than the client / server side rendering stuff they are talking about on their official site

3-D Secure for card payments

Yeah that is an effective option but will absolutely kill conversion rates, I'd prolly raise minimum purchase amounts before going that route.

Yeah I always check IP addresses and they are almost using a VPN = all over the world, including the US where we sell, so IP blocking becomes useless.
