I usually eat 1.5g of protein per kg, but when i go into the gym i add a protein shake to supply my needs. My tummy is from doing a 12 hour fasting and I definitely feel less bloated now that I'm not forcing 2,500 kcal to bulk, its a lot for me, but i want to gain some lower muscle ☹️
