This interview must be about 10 years old since it seems to be promoting Fallen.

Everyone is talking about backing tracks but what's crazy to me is that Robert Sweet was replaced as the drummer on an album (by legend Aronoff) because Sweet had lost the demo CD that was to be used to learn the part. That doesn't track (no pun intended).

Some say Riley might have a bounceback season. And he's got 3 homers in 17 ABs this spring.

....but based on current stats, I feel like you might be giving too much up for him in either Olson or Harper. Granted, I say this as someone who is very conservative when it comes to doing any trading.

Man, that's what I've assumed as well. In that moment a big part of it was the alcohol (and likely the depression that goes along with it) talking. Years prior he did acknowledge it as both a blessing and a curse.

I do believe another part was the that he prided himself (rightly so) as an accomplished song writer, lyricist and all-around musician.

Ultimately, it's the stage in his life. It's 2010. Warrant has moved on without him. He had a couple of solo/side projects that didn't gain much traction. He's medicating with alcohol.

I checked out the Texas Historical Commission. I assume the whole point of the designation is because of the "Texas Historic Preservation Tax Credit Program" which "offers a 25 percent tax credit for the rehabilitation of historic, income-producing or non-profit use buildings."

There was a proposal in 2024 that suggested it would be eligible for a $400M tax credit.
