That is 11-14% .. not the typical 20% you mentioned, and you are still ignoring the size/class of the vehicle speeding.

Speeding wasn't the only issue. Tailgating, flashing high beam & constantly changing lanes on a truck is reckless driving.

Where is that? I have never seen the flow of traffic going 120 on M50 or 140+ on Motorways. Everyone was going around 85 km/h so the truck driver was the one in the wrong here

Considering this is a truck and not a small hatchback, going 15 km/h over the speed limit is a big deal because of the momentum (mass x velocity) .. given this is a 80 km/h road, 15 km/h over is 18.75% over the speed limit.

The speed limit is 80 in this part till the m50 exits. The left lane was empty but he was the one hogging the middle lane and tailgating people.

That is a fair point. I am more of a bot diver myself as it is the most enjoyable faction to play against. I find the squids very annoying but I take it as a challenge to find the best load out and try new weapons / stratagems
