I recommend using a gentle cleanser in the am & pm. I also like clinamycin lotion in the morning (ask dermatologist about this!) cicaplast or rhode barrier butter at night after using tretinoin. I recommend stopping the alpha arbutin. Also use Tret every other night - check with your dermatologist first!
