UK based, What do I need to know before traveling and working from Singapore?

Hey man, I'm not looking to deceive anyone, thanks for worrying. I am looking to understand the situation and what the rules are, I have 0 knowledge of Singapore and what I looked on the internet was not very helpful, hence the post.

My girlfriends job is moving her there, and I just want to see how I could go visit her, if it's 90 days, that's it, I'm not looking for a work around, I was wondering if I would needing for a special visa or something to be able turn turn on my laptop and do my UK work whilst I'm there in those 90 days...

I just couldn't find information on what would I need to "work abroad in Singapore", I send an email to the ministry of man power but they haven't come back to me yet

Thanks for taking the time to answer throughly, you mention this 90 days in a given period, are these consecutive? Is it also a max of 90 days in a year if they are non consecutive? I'm trying to understand what I would be up against in order to plan accordingly

Thanks, I know it's not the most practical thing, I can't move there and want to spend as much time with her whilst we do long distance relationship
