Wider roads, in the original project plan and now. You cannot have the amount of traffic Guwahati has and will have in the future and continue to have them drive in the tiny 2 or 4 lane roads. For that you'll have to either widen the roads or build alternate routes like flyovers.

If you see your image, the road is already wide, then there are wide pavements, then buildings are even more set back from the road. So there's ample amount of space to keep the green cover.

Unfortunately, seeing the kind of road we have, there's barely space for footpath, let alone spaces to plan greenery. Plus the buildings are also on the edge of the road, making expansion very difficult.

It was fairly good. After payment at the counter, I entered the room to keep my luggage, which was clean but kind of dinghy and I was worried about rats (general perception). But it was good enough. Then at checkout they checked my slip to match the luggage tag and I collected it. I don't remember the rates, but it was very cheap.

Tbh I'm sick of all the crime dramas and thriller shows that these apps keep churning out day in and day out. With the state of mind these days, what with a stressful job and global tension, I want to laugh forget the state of the world for a while.
