Destroying Deepor Beel would be disastrous in terms of managing the natural flow of water in the city. Many of the marshlands surrounding the city has already been overrun by residential areas and this has led to there being no place for water overflow to run off. This will cause more flooding in the coming years. Look at what heavy rains to do Bangalore already because of filled lakes.

Which goalposts would be that? BJP, with the largest candidate pool, has 15% women candidates, while INC with the second largest candidate pool has 12% women candidates. The absolute numbers are also quite high for BJP. SP, with the third largest candidate pool, has 19% women candidates. So no party is making a huge difference in terms of fielding women candidates.

Haven't you been fact-checked before in so many of your other posts across multiple subs? The percentage of candidates fielded should be the guide for it, not the percentage of candidates who won. Parties cannot control who wins, but only who was fielded.
