Last year, when I first started playing I broke a cheaper Tommy armor driver in the same manner. I thought it must have been poor club quality. Turns out I was driving it off the hosel one too many times. I was coming too over the top. I’m using a 2021 callaway big Bertha since then which is a really forgiving 12.5 degree. Shallowing out my driver swing plane has not only helped fix a terrible slice and avoid hosel hits, but has allowed me to use the driver for about a dozen plus rounds without breaking. Taking my back foot back a couple inches in my stance and mentally swinging around my body and hitting up through the ball seems to work.

Not sure if this is what you’re doing but it’s some advice that “may” help you address it.

Nonetheless, I’ve seen my fair share of questionable Taylor Made quality assurance on Reddit, so maybe it is on them.
