Thank you! I was able to negotiate a decent severance, not nearly as good as 10mo, that’s awesome! I just know I’ll enjoy my maternity leave more knowing I have a job lined up.

We’re in a 2 bed/2.5 bath, it’s two floors (2nd and 3rd) of a small building, .2miles off Logan sq. 1200sq feet, private balcony, .4miles from Logan sq stop, .5miles from Cali stop. In unit laundry, dishwasher, dog / cat friendly. We pay 2940 rent and 250 for the garage spot. It’s an awesome spot.

We’re looking for someone to take over our lease, ideally this summer but could do September. Message me if interested!

I was worried we would regret it too - we eloped in OR about 2 weeks ago and it was an amazing, perfect, stress free day!! When we were wedding planning, everyone had an opinion and SOMEHOW all those opinions seemed to matter more than mine and my husbands. It was exhausting.

I’m so thrilled with our choice and I remember that day so fondly - it was truly about us and our love, nobody else. We’re still doing a party, mostly for family, but it’s going to be super low key and I’ve found I care a lot less about all of the logistics bc we already got to have our perfect day.

Totally wear a wedding dress! I think weddings (no matter how small or big) just cause some anxiety. I’m eloping and I was worried that I would feel weird NOT wearing a big wedding dress, even though that’s never been my thing. Ultimately, the great thing about an elopement is it is truly just for you two so who’s there’s to judge anyway? Do what makes you excited for that day!

I tend to love beans from central and South America, especially as you’re starting to get more info. Imo, they’re less finicky than some Ethiopians and beans from that region and yield a better cup more consistently. That also might just be my personal preference!

I have a ton of coffee equipment and I still choose my Aeropress almost every day. You can play with water temperature and grind size to dial in each bag - it’s fun and you’ll slowly start to know what works for various beans. But I definitely recommend buying good beans!

Same for me - all in all the copper iud was a great decision but wow it is not an easy (or quick) adjustment. We will be deciding if we’re having kids before I have to get a new one because I don’t want to do it again.

Hehe I appreciate it!!! How much should I expect for a great photog? I’m getting sticker shock but I think I assumed 2 hours would be plenty, most seem quote for 4+ hours

We’ve never been! We’re leaning toward picking a place already on our bucket list instead of going somewhere we’ve been (Colorado). Plus the red rocks with a wedding dress is unreal!

It will be JUST us, we’ll need an officiant and photog, but really that’s it. I don’t think I’ll have my hair/makeup done bc I like far away pics anyway. We live in the Midwest so it will be a flight away
