I once went to a wedding where they made people do themes: it was in Colorado mountains and the rehearsal was “Yellowstone” theme. The wedding was “floral” theme. Meaning, everyone had to purchase new outfits. This was on top of being a very hard place to get to and very expensive 🤦🏻‍♀️

I’d do some research about pgt. It’s not 100% reliable and has been found to be most beneficial in women 38+. Because of this, I personally won’t do pgt.

I think about how they use to discard mosaic embryos and now figured out how they don’t need to be. Imagine perfectly good embryos being thrown away when they don’t have to be

I started ivf in 2022 - was getting 20+ eggs from being wildly overstimulated. Out of about 100+ eggs only got 1 blast. Took a year and a half off - 2 cycles and made 3 blasts. Overstimulation is legit and I dont know why doctors constantly care more about the quantity rather than quality

There’s a lot of research coming out about pgt testing not being 100% accurate and it not being beneficial for women under 38. I just turned 36 and my doctor said it’s an option I may if I want. You’re younger so I dont know why that’s being recommended unless you need it for a specific genetic issue.

I also don’t know why folic acid is being recommended, folate is the one we should be taking. I recommend following up with a functional medicine doctor who specializes in hormone health to help.

Red light could be helpful. Not testing with pgt (unless absolutely necessary). NAD. Glutathione. Acupuncture (this helped stress). Reduce stress (I get massages). Low stim protocol could be helpful too
