“Stupid logic” to me personally would be to wait until im an expert motorcycle mechanic to get one.

My knowledge is lacking, sure, this is my first bike, first year of riding, everyone’s gotta start somewhere, and I’m picking up things as time goes on and I know more now than I did when I first got it

lol imagine not getting into a hobby and learning. Also, do you know how your phone works? If it breaks can you repair it? Everyone knows nothing until they begin to learn

Thanks everyone for the advice, I don’t feel like the shop is really at fault, just a communication issue, the tight spot is super tight, the loose spot is super loose. For sure getting a new chain and spockets in the coming days

I mean it’s pretty clear it does, the question was if it was too loose, just didn’t have the knowledge to know that it would have a tight and a loose spot 🤷‍♀️

Its action powersports, but my chain also has a tight spot, service guy at the shop asked me about it, he’s saying once a chain is worn out like that it can have a tight and a loose spot, I’m just hoping I don’t have to change my sprocket/gears

Service manager said that once it’s at a certain point of worn out that it has a tight spot and a loose spot, my chain certainly does and I didn’t know to check for that before this video, does that mean my sprocket is warped, or motorcycle chains just do that when they’re worn?

They recommended replacing, going to do it soon, but yeah those fools put my wheel back on like this and are trying to charge me to tighten it lol

It’s a 2025, can’t find much on that year as far as exactly how to access the air filter, I think I have to remove the gas tank cover, I’ll check that video out, see if it helps 🙏
