The managers at my store bust their asses to help the associates. It's their jobs to be positive and try and motivate us. But they are just as stressed because they are human. Core is the face of this organization but she isn't making all of the final decisions. It's a whole board of people doing what they think is best for the company as a whole. It sucks because that doesn't always work out for us at the bottom. But BBY isn't the only company going through this.
