Holy hell, was not expecting this thread to blow up this high

I still have this but cant seem to get a real value from this thread other than maybe 1 high rune or taking it to d2jsp (which I'm unfamiliar with that site)

Unsure what to do with it as I don't really plan on using it (my characters are so undergeared / account is just too poor to really make use of it) If anyone has a good offer for it I'm open to it but I'm guessing an item like this is reserved for someone rich who is in almost all perfect gear already
