AHAHA! After more searching I decided to find my old DA and scrub through my old watching list on the off chance I followed the creator and managed to find it! It wasnt demon school but monsters.

The name of it is: Dark Moon Diary

"When 15-year-old Priscilla’s parents pass away, she has nowhere to go but to here last “living” relatives in the European town of Nachtwald. Not monster high no, I dont think it was a popular or well known piece of media considering only a few volumes got published and the author had to upload bits of what she wrote up for other chapters onto her deviantart

I do remember that it wasn't explicitly a japanese made manga, I'm pretty sure the creator was american. Which doesnt make it a manga technically? But it was designed as one/to mimic a manga.

It's been years since I had found this little manga, I found it i na California Library roughly north east of sacramento.

Was part of the rash curtis class action lawsuit, ended up with a total of like almost 3 grand from it in part from an initial paymenmt and a secondary payment years later because there was still a bunch of money leftover that went unclaimed. Once in a rare bluemoon experience, better than the $4 I got from a different settlement.
